A Day at the Races
Today was our friend Michelle’s birthday and her fiance, John, arranged for a day at Bay Meadows Race Track with prime tables at the Turf Club for a few friends. We bet badly on the first five races and won only two of the races. It was fun to see everybody and although the day ended on a bit of a downer (a horse broke it’s leg during race five and had to be put down right there in front of us on the racetrack), overall it was a beautiful day with good friends.
