Another Lazy Sunday
Porter woke me up early this morning. Very early. In order to let Sarah sleep in a little, Porter and I went downstairs at 6:00 a.m. When we got to the living room it was immediately apparent that Porter had been awake far longer and had been downstairs already because all the lights were turned on. Who knows what time that happened. Anyway, we wayched his new favorite dvd a couple million times, Miss Spider, and he played with his toy airplanes.
Da plane, da plane.
Eventually, Sarah and Alice joined us and Alice decided to see how her shoes tasted. Yummy, apparently.
Porter’s grandparents got him another train set last week, this one happily had no small pieces and was made for toddlers.
We pretty much spent the day lounging around in the heat and in the early evening went for a dip in the swimming pool before the kids went easily to sleep for the night.
