Since the grandparents were unable to watch the kids today, the three of us set out on the errands I needed to get done today including the post office and dropping off Porter’s paperwork for the new school year, which begins this Monday. While Alice was a trooper, Porter was very unhappy about these errands, and became especially upset when we showed up at his school. I think he thought he was being dropped off. Anyway, after all that trauma I treated them to a trip to the mall.
Alice and Porter play on the bench. We were playing here for close to an hour. Hard to believe such a boring place could hold their interest for so long.
Alice was very taken with the pig in this Tickle U poster. She kept going up to it pointing.
Alice and her Red-Wing Blackbird cruising the mall. She kept going into to a teen clothing store, Pacific Sunwear (or something like that). I could barely keep her out of it.
Uh, oh. checking out the jewelry. It’s a good thing there’s glass between her and the necklaces or I’m sure we’d be in a jail cell right now.
