One of My Pics Chosen Photo Favorite!
If you’ve been following along with the Photoblog, you’ll know that there are weekly photo memes or contest where a theme is announced and you then submit a photo that fits that theme. What I didn’t mention before is that each week, depending on the site, several “favorites” or “winners” are chosen. Sometimes this is done by visitor’s voting and sometimes there are judges. The reason I didn’t mention it before is I didn’t think I had much of a chance of winning, but that’s all changed now. My photograph of Porter in the metal slide at the park, which I titled “From the Bottom of a Deep Tunnel,” was chosen as a “Favorite” at Moody Monday last week while I was away. Woo Hoo, my first accolade for photography. I’m pretty excited.
